How do I place an order?

Because many of our products are made to order, changes can only be made before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled only before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

How long does shipping take?
Production generally takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details whenever tracking is available.

Will colours look exactly like the website?
While we strive for accuracy, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.

Many of our books, journals, and faith resources are original publications authored by (Evangelist) – Dr. Clementina C. Soko and published through House of Hephzibah Publications (HOHP).
Are books available internationally?
Where available, our print-on-demand partners enable international printing and shipping to many countries.
